Our goal is to find the health functionality of natural products and apply them to human life. We aim to extend Health Life Expectancy from the viewpoint of protecting blood vessels, and conduct research at the genetic, molecular, cellular, tissue, and individual levels. Using state-of-the-art equipment, we are searching for health functionality and unknown compounds that have health-promoting properties. Scientific proof of the relationship between food and the human body can help food components to prevent disease. We are actively engaged in joint research across disciplines such as medicine, engineering, and veterinary medicine, as well as international joint research with foreign countries and companies.
