農畜産物の魅力発見！（成分分析や生体調節機能の評価など）

鹿児島県は農業＆畜産業が盛んです。まだまだ知られていない農畜産物の魅力を発見するため、地域の方々のご協力を得て、エビデンス（科学的根拠）のある情報を提供しています。

これまでに、以下の農産物の生産・消費拡大に貢献しています。
